The 23-year-old from Penwortham said: "We were ready to open in October, then due to restrictions, that was delayed until December.
"So having to put a brake on it a few weeks later was really disappointing.
"But I've been keeping on the ball, and in this latest lockdown I've been building up the website and got a deal with Klarna for buy-now-pay-later, so I'm feeling positive.
"Now I really want to cement the business' place in the community and build a relationship with customers."
