Unable to hand out blankets, the team have ordered a new structure from Italy that has been built at the front of the venue in Liverpool Road, and features retractable glass panels and roof, as well as heaters, to keep the temperature comfortable and guests dry.
It is the first of its kind in the area.

She said: "In the long term it (the new outdoor area) also means we're less restricted in the evenings. We can utilise that space even for events by taking the tables out."

Lime Bar and Lounge opened in Liverpool Road, Penwortham, in 2017, kick-starting a new wave of bars and eateries in the area.

Lime Bar is known for it's wide selection of drinks.
Customers visiting from Monday will be given a new cocktail and food menu.

Restrictions mean that the capacity of Lime Bar will temporarily reduce to 60 people, until the inside space can be used again.
Customers will be permitted inside to use the toilet facilities only.
Carol said: "It feels good to be coming back, despite only being at a third of capacity."
