Unable to hand out blankets, the team have ordered a new structure from Italy that has been built at the front of the venue in Liverpool Road, and features retractable glass panels and roof, as well as heaters, to keep the temperature comfortable and guests dry.
It is the first of its kind in the area.

It's a massive investment, it's cost a fortune, but we wanted to make sure we kept the service and the quality of the experience exactly the same."
