Johnston Press has today launched TheEngineerList (www.theengineerlist.co.uk) a new digital recruitment service aimed at helping employers find the perfect candidate in the engineering field.

The new service is a spin-off from JP’s successful online recruitment tool TheSmartList which, for a fixed fee, allows companies to source jobseekers via a pre-screened shortlist of qualified candidates and means vacant roles can be filled quickly and effectively.

Employers submit details of their vacancy and TheEngineerList team prepares a recruitment brief against which candidates can be matched. Promising individuals are screened using a bespoke questionnaire and, once TheEngineerList is finalised, the employer can review the candidates and select the best for interview.
