First look inside Preston's new Morrisons Daily store as doors open in Blackpool Road

Ashton’s One-Stop convenience store in Blackpool Road has rebranded as a Morrisons Daily.
Store owner Gaurang Patel has switched franchise saying Morrisons Daily offers “a better range of products and value for the locals.”
The shop closed briefly while work on the rebrand was completed, with customers welcomed back to the new-look store on Thursday (August 13). The staff are the same team that worked in the previous store.
The shop is open seven days a week, from 7am to 10pm.

A Morrisons spokesperson said: "The new Morrisons Daily fresh food convenience store will offer customers a carefully tailored mix of Morrisons own brand products alongside branded favourites.
“As well as new ranges, the store has received a complete redesign internally and externally incorporating Morrisons bright, modern branding.
“Fresh food is at the heart of the store and we hope customers will love it. "
