Famous Victorian tobacco business WH & J Woods, which once employed more than 200 workers locally, has been incorporated in the site's refurb with the bar sitting on the same site.

6. Changing hands
Since Woods left, the building has been a shop and several takeaways including Subway and most recently Zeus.
