A family comedy about singing up and standing out, featuring Downs Syndrome actor Joe Sproulle, alongside a new cast featuring Lisa Howard (Northern Broadsides, Red Ladder), Heather Dutton and Richard Maxted, the show will be at Lancaster Grand this Sunday evening, and early next month at the Lowry in Salford. It tells the story of Spencer and Kit Parkin, who have grown up surrounded by the legendary success of granddad Gerry, a session singer with BBC Radio 2’s Cliff Adams Singers.

Dark Horse is one of the UK’s leading theatre companies working with actors with learning disabilities, producing new and original national touring theatre productions for mainstream audiences.
