Friday night alright for laughs

Preston’s top comedy night is set to continue through until Christmas, with brand new comics booked and tickets now on sale.

Frog & Bucket comedy nights are now a well-established and firm favourite in the Preston Guild Hall comedy calendar, slotting in nicely alongside other well-known favourites such as Dave Spikey, Milton Jones, Alan Davies and many more!

On Friday night a unique line-up that includes; Lee Ridley AKA Lost Voice Guy who can’t talk but certainly isn’t silent.

He is (probably) the first stand-up to use a communication aid and his first comedy sketch premièred in December 2012 and he won the BBC New Comedy Award 2014.

He has gigged all over the UK at places like The Stand, Jongleurs, The Comedy Store and many independent clubs.

Also on the bill will be Ray Bradshaw. Having made his debut in September 2008, Ray has established himself as one of the most exciting acts on the comedy circuit.

Tom Binns , also on Friday, won Best International Act at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival 2013. He has been twice nominated for the Adelaide Fringe Comedy Award in 2010 and 2011 and was voted a Fosters Comedy God in 2010.

Finally, Frog & Bucket regular Daliso Chaponda who began his comedy career in Canada with the acclaimed one man show ‘Feed This Black Man’.

Friday July 31, doors 7pm for an 8.30pm start.
