Leyland development to host first-time buyer day on Saturday
First time buyers are invited to discover a simpler route onto the property ladder at Centurion Village in Leyland this weekend.
David Wilson Homes is hosting a dedicated First Time Buyer Day on Saturday, September 19, from 11am – 4pm.
Visitors will have the chance to explore the development’s collection of three‑bedroom homes, including newly priced plots and a range of schemes aimed at helping buyers move sooner than they might expect. There will also be a pizza van at the event serving up woodfired sourdough pizza.
Sales advisers will be on hand throughout the event to offer tailored guidance, explain available incentives, and answer questions about affordability, mortgages and the buying process.

This means buyers would need to borrow less from a lender, which could ensure a more competitive mortgage rate.
Appointments are encouraged but not essential and walk‑ins are welcome throughout the day.
