Andy's Toy Box donations at The Arc Cinema in support of Barnardo's UK
The Arc Cinema is proud to launch Andy's Toy Box donations, a special community initiative supporting Barnardo's UK by collecting pre-loved toys and helping find them new homes with children and families who will truly appreciate them.
Across the UK, around one in three children are currently living in poverty, with many families facing increasing financial pressures. By donating a pre-loved toy, local residents can help ensure that children continue to experience the joy, imagination and comfort that toys can bring.
Donating couldn't be easier. The Arc Cinema has placed a collection box in its foyer where visitors can drop off unwanted toys. The only requirements are that donations are clean, safe, and ready for a new adventure.
The campaign has been inspired by the upcoming release of Toy Story 5, a film that celebrates the special bond between children and their toys. While many beloved toys end up gathering dust on shelves or tucked away in cupboards, Andy's Toy Box Donations encourages people to give those toys a second life with children who will cherish them once again.
