New video promoting Preston's nightlife to be revealed soon

Preston-based Happy Valley Productions have ​filmed scenes in various venues in the city centre​.

Full details are being kept under wraps, but it is part of the Preston At Night promotion coming soon.

Happy Valley Productions tweeted: “We’re out filming a new video for Preston At Night, all will be revealed soon.

“Look out for our camera crew, we might make you famous!​“

The firm added: “​We had a blast, so many fantastic venues in Preston, from quirky bars to clubs!

Preston At N​ight​ is funded by the city’s Business Improvement Dis​trict ​to promote and celebrate the very best of Preston’s nightlife, following the city’s prestigious Purple Flag award for an outstanding night out!​

Preston Business Improvement District would only confirm to CityVibe it was producing a new promotional video for the city’s leisure and hospitality sector.

It is believed it will be premiered at the Procession of Light on Saturday ​September ​24, part of the Lancashire Encounter event.

“We’ll be giving you plenty more details very soon,” said a spokesman.

Happy Valley Productions has staff based in both Glasgow and Lancashire, ​and takes on work all over the UK.

The ​city’s ​Prestfest events​provide a massive boost for the night-time economy and put the city c entre on the map.

In January, top DJs MistaJam and Craig Charles perform​ed​ at Preston’s “biggest ever night-time party” on the flag market in the city centre.
