What’s on?

Families across Preston are being invited to step into the heart of Christmas magic this December as The Snowman returns in a beautifully immersive live experience at Crossgate Church.

The beloved animated classic will be shown on the big screen while its famous orchestral score is performed live by the acclaimed Leyland Band, creating an atmospheric and truly enchanting event designed to capture the imagination of audiences young and old.

When?

Taking place on Saturday December 13, the event offers two separate showings at 1pm and 3pm, making it accessible for families, schools, and community groups looking to add a little festive sparkle to their day.

The combination of film and live music brings a fresh emotional depth to the story, with each musical cue synchronised to the animation, allowing viewers to experience The Snowman as they never have before.
