The Makers Market made its first ever visit to the town on Sunday (March 22), with the special event centred around Booths and The Rope Walk from 11am to 4pm.
There was something for everyone, whether you were searching for a unique gift, meeting friends for lunch, or simply enjoying the vibrant atmosphere in the heart of one Lancashire’s favourite market towns.
The mix of stallholders included artisan food and drink producers, local bakers, makers of handmade gifts, homeware and artwork, and independent street food traders serving dishes from around the region.
Visitors also enjoyed live music and there was free children’s crafting activities throughout the day.
