Roll with it this Easter weekend when a Lancaster sports centre hosts its first roller disco.

Skate to the beat as a DJ plays retro pop tunes at the Superfunk Roller Disco at Salt Ayre leisure centre, Lancaster, on Saturday.

The eventwill be a real family affair with all aged 5+ welcome.

Skates provided but bring your own if you prefer, as well as wigs or fancy dress. There are three sessions from1-2.45pm, 3-4.30pm and 5-6.30pm.

Cost is £5 and includes skate hire and wrist/knee protection.Call 01524 847540.

On Good Friday say Thank You For The Music when top Abba tribute band Voulez Vous commemorates 40 years of hit song ‘Waterloo’, at The Platform in Morecambe.

Be transported back to the 70s with all Abba’s greatest hits and incredible replica costumes.

The following nigh, Morecambe Brass Band Association presents its Easter Concert at The Platform. Enjoy this annual performance of old favourites mixed with exciting new arrangements.

From 7:30pm, cost £10/£8 concs/£6 child, call 01524 582803.

For smaller children over Easter, join an egg hunt at Morecambe’s Happy Mount Park from noon to 5pm on Saturday.

Activities include an Easter bonnet competition, egg painting workshop, sports including an egg and spoon race, and a colouring competition.

Finally, there will be Easter fun for all the family at the Festival Market in Morecambe.

Craft workshops, competitions, hunt the Easter eggs and lots more are promised on Good Friday from 10am to 4pm, free entry.
