Show Chairman Claire Eccles said about the event: “The second Ribble Valley Food and Craft Festival will be held over two days this year, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August on the showfield at Longridge.

“After not being able to hold the annual agricultural show in 2020 we came up with the idea of a food and craft festival to give the opportunity to all our traders to have a Covid friendly event in our large showfield. The event was a great success with people asking us to run it again this year and on a Sunday too if possible.

“There will be a large number and variety of food and craft stalls with many being local to the Longridge area. We hope to have some musical entertainment and there will also be a few small rides for the children. The committee will be running a car and cafe and there will be a number of street food style stalls too.”
