Proud Prestonians turned up to the city centre in their hundreds for the Torchlight Thank You Parade and fireworks.

The parade, filled with dancers, musicians, key workers, and robotic wonders, left Moor Park at 7:30pm, and made its way through the city centre, cheered on by members of the public, before culminating in a firework display at 9pm.

A great big thanks to the heroes of the city’s Covid pandemic.
