Centre offers toothsome treat
As part of a month-long celebration of chocolate, aptly named ‘Choctober’, Barton Grange Garden Centre is devoting this weekend to the sweet treat.
Paul Morris and Sally Goodall from the Chocolate Cafe in Ramsbottom will be at the centre with a delicious programme of tastings, chocolate-making demos and children’s activities.
You can learn how to create deliciously simple chocolates and desserts at home for that perfect after-dinner treat.
There will also be a 45-minute chocolate tasting session featuring single origin chocolate from around the world (£3 per person) and lollipop-making workshops for children in the afternoon (£2.50 per child). Activities take place on both Saturday and Sunday. See www.bartongrange.co.uk
