Preston North End boss Alex Neil gives an update on Brandon Barker's hamstring injury
Preston's Manchester City loanee Brandon Barker is set to be ruled out for a few weeks with a hamstring injury.
The winger limped off just 25 minutes into the win at Nottingham Forest as he became the latest player to joint North End’s lengthy injury list.
“Brandon Barker is going to miss a few weeks,” said boss Alex Neil.
“It’s difficult because we’ve lost a lot of players in one area.”
Ben Pearson is however training after his thigh injury with Neil hopeful he will be fit to face Millwall on Saturday.
