Made good saves from de Wijs and Kane but maybe got caught out by the corner for Hull's winner.
Had dangerman Grosicki to contend with down that side who became more influential as the game went on. The skipper got forward quite well.

Made a sliding tackle to take the ball off Irvine in the second half.
Had looked really comfortable unilt injury forced him off after 34 minutes.
Steady enough at left-back and put over a couple of decent crosses.
Got on the ball well in central areas in the first half before switching to a wider role for part of the second half.
Not at his creative best as PNE saw plenty of the ball but played in front of the visitors.
Didn't looked comfortable in a wide role in what was his first start since September 1, Subbed at half-time.
Scored a cracker of a goal - his eighth of the season - and worked his socks off in midfield.
Started out on the left which meant he was forced to cut inside a lot. Forced a good save from the keeper in the second half.
Couldn't get into the game in the first half but produced more in the second.
Assured display at the heart of the defence after replacing Davies.
Joined the action at half-time and was excellent on the ball, giving the midfield some bite.
