Clitheroe and Blackburn Northern Hockey club are looking for new members

Then Clitheroe and Blackburn Northern Hockey Club would like to hear from you.

The club - which is situated at Blackburn Northern Sports Club, off Pleckgate Road, Blackburn - is searching for new players - of all abilities and ages - for the forthcoming year.

Boasting two men and ladies' teams, the club also has a number of junior teams.

Wednesday night is club and everyone is welcome to attend, starting from October 7.

The evening will begin with a "Heroes" session for children aged between five and eight-years-old between 5-30pm and 6-30pm, followed by the "Juniors", which is for youngsters aged between nine-and 13-years-old from 6-30pm to 7-30pm.

From 7pm to 9pm, the club is open to all players aged 14 above, men and ladies. There is also a special session for goalkeepers from 6pm to 7pm.
