Promotion bid is something Bamber Bridge should be very proud of, says boss Jamie Milligan
Bamber Bridge boss Jamie Milligan insists his players should be proud of themselves for the way they have turned their season around.
Brig are right bang in the play-off mix in the NPL Premier Division with a quarter of the campaign to go.

They sit in eighth spot in the table five points shy of fifth-placed Gainsborough Trinity.
Intriguingly, four of their final 10 games are against teams who are above them in the table, including this weekend’s visit of second-placed Hednesford Town to the Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
On paper, Milligan accepts his team’s final run-in looks tough but he believes his men should relish the challenge.
It was not too long ago that Brig were hovering just above the drop zone after a run of four consecutive league defeats.
However, since then they have picked up eights wins and suffered only three defeats in a 14-game spell to zoom up the league table.
"The lads have been brilliant these past couple of months,” said Milligan. “They have been really hard to beat, they’ve worked hard every single training session, every single game and have got their rewards for it.”
