North End are back in front of the Deepdale faithful again this weekend with improvement much needed.

It could have been a very different story against Millwall last week had one of the early chances been converted.

If one of them goes in, Millwall change their game plan and are their to be shot at.

It didn’t and PNE got beaten, though.

You would hope they would be back on form this weekend against a Hull side who have struggled since the January transfer window.

I always fancy Preston for a 2-1 home win and that can be backed 8/1, whilst Tom Barkhuizen is as good as any at the moment and can be backed at 5/1 to score first.

The weekend gets off to a flyer with the lively London derby, Chelsea at home to Tottenham.

It looks a tricky one at first glance and many might not see Chelsea as value at 8/11.

Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham had a tough game on Wednesday at home in the Champions League though, where they were beaten 1-0 at home by RB Leipzig, lacking the firepower with Son Heung-min and Harry Kane both out.

I think the Blues are worth a bet in the treble therefore.

The next top-flight side I would turn to is Sheffield United at home to Brighton and Hove Albion this weekend.

The Blades just love a home win and now the pressure is off in terms of surviving in the Premier League, they should turn up every time.

I was surprised to see them Evens this weekend and that definitely looks value.

To complete the treble I would avoid the tricky evening fixture and go for Palace at home to Newcastle, where you can get Evens with many firms.

The Toon didn’t look great at all last weekend at Arsenal and to travel back to the capital off the back of that loss will require some improvement to not get beaten again.

I see no reason why Palace can’t inflict another defeat on them and that would round the treble
up to a nice 9/2.

The 3:15 at Lingfield is the main
race of the day with Andrew Balding’s Bangkok the red hot favourite at 8/11.

He could be worth taking on at such a short price with John Gosden’s DUBAI WARRIOR at 2/1, ridden by Frankie Dettori.

The main sporting
event of the weekend sees Tyson Fury back in Last Vegas for a rematch with heavy handed American Deontay Wilder.

The bookies are divided again over who will get the win, as are the experts.

I’m leaning slightly towards the American, who has dynamite in his hands and won’t want it to go the judges. He can be backed at 5/4 to win by a stoppage.

Enjoy your weekend folks and please, bet responsibly.
