West Brom and QPR close in on transfer deals for Preston North End linked pair - reports
The pair had both been linked with Preston North End
West Brom have reportedly agreed a deal to sign one player linked with Preston North End.

The summer transfer window officially opened today and in general, transfer links around the Lilywhites have been in short supply. Back in April, the Deepdale club were mentioned as possible suitors for Chelsea youngster Jimmy-Jay Morgan.
His second loan spell away from the Blues, last season, saw him score 14 goals for Peterborough United. Two other clubs said to be interested in the attacking midfielder were Swansea City and Sheffield United.
However, reports now suggest that Morgan is on his way to Albion - with a £1.3million agreed between the clubs. Transfer guru Pete O’Rourke states that the move is expected to be confirmed this week.
In other news, PNE-linked left-back Boy Kemper is also reportedly on his way to the Championship. The Dutchman, 26, is a free agent after leaving NAC Breda and Queens Park Rangers are said to have beat FC Utrecht to his signature.
Voetbal International report that he ‘turned down interest’ from PNE, Utrecht, Granada and FC Thun. It’s claimed that Kemper will put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal at Loftus Road, with option for a further 12 months.
