Time’s running out to buy tickets for Preston Sports Awards at Deepdale

Thursday, March 12, is the final chance to buy tickets for the GLL Preston Sports Awards 2020 which is being held at Preston North End on Friday, March 20.

There are more than 40 people shortlisted for the 13 awards and the calibre of nominees is extremely high this year for the city’s big sporting night.

Jimmy Khan, UCLan lead for sport and community development, said: ‘I’m looking forward to this year’s event, we are going back to Deepdale, where it all started off for the Sports Awards, due to the closure of the Guild Hall. Once again, we will be celebrating the sporting endeavours of Prestonians young and old.
