This is where Preston North End will finish in the Championship - under EFL's new plan to decide season outcome

The EFL have confirmed Preston North End’s final placing in the Championship will be decided on unweighted points per game, should clubs vote to curtail the campaign.

A majority of 51% will be required in order to end the season, although clubs who finish in positions 3-6 will compete in the play-offs with the top two gaining automatic promotion.
