Despite the 3-1 home loss to Queens Park Rangers on Saturday, Preston retained their place in the Championship play-off spots as they look to reach the Premier League under Alex Neil.
It was a disappointing afternoon which allowed teams such as Bristol City, Cardiff City, Millwall and Swansea City to close the gap. There are now just six points separating eight teams for the final play-off spot.

1. Leeds United get success from flanks

3. Fulham’s passing drops below standard
