Preston North End will look to use the international break to plot their recovery from a dismal run of form over the past few games, and look to finish the 2020/21 campaign on a high by putting together a run of victories that could see them move closer to a top-half finish.

Meanwhile, the Lilywhites continue their hunt for a new manager, and a host of names as varied as Nicky Butt and Joey Barton have been linked with the job since Alex Neil was sacked back on 21st March.

“Every game brings its own pressure and the focus has to be on that one.

We’ve got the blinkers on as far as facing Norwich (Preston's first game back after the international break) is concerned, then once we’ve played we will turn to the Swansea game.”

The Lilywhites takes on the Canaries this Friday afternoon, and will need to be at their best to get a good result against Daniel Farke's relentless table-toppers.
