The Lilywhites currently have several young players out, gaining experience at various levels. Some have suffered injury setbacks but plenty are getting regular minutes under their belts and, in some cases, playing central roles in club’s campaigns. Below, we round-up how they are all getting on...

Li-Bau Stowell: Since moving to Hyde United in mid-February, the teenage goalkeeper has played every game. The shot-stopper has been kept busy, with the Northern Premier Division outfit fighting relegation. Despite heavily criticising some of his players last weekend, manager Michael Clegg spoke highly of Stowell’s efforts since joining.

Max Wilson: The Northern Ireland U19 is having a very productive loan spell with Chorley. He has been getting plenty of 90s in the legs and impressed in the recent win over Kidderminster. Wilson, 19, has started 21 games in the National League North with 1,849 minutes recorded to date.

Ed Nolan: The centre-back has had his loan spell at Lancaster City extended until the end of the season. Nolan picked up the Man of the Match award in the 4-0 away win at Prescot Cables. Since joining the Dolly Blues, the North End youngster has started and completed most matches.

Kacper Pasiek: At Macclesfield and also saw his loan spell extended until the end of the season. Has been out of the team for the last couple of games but had a run of five league starts in six, prior to that. The left-back scored on his debut for Macclesfield. His drive and power down the left flank should help the promotion chasing side.

Felipe: As highlighted in an article earlier this month, the forward is making his mark in the final third for AFC Fylde. Craig Mahon’s men are gunning for the National League North title and Felipe has certainly contributed, with five goals scored across his 11 appearances for the Coasters.

Kaedyn Kamara: Was dealt a blow in his third appearance for Ross County, with a straight red card after 22 minutes. The challenge was described as ‘pure commitment’ by manager Stuart Kettlewell. The midfielder will be back in contention soon, looking to help keep County in the Scottish Championship.

George Gryba: The young forward has has a stop-start spell with Bamber Bridge, so far, due to illness and injury to his ankle. But, he was back on the bench for Tuesday night’s win at Gainsborough Trinity and will stay with Brig for the remainder of the campaign.

Noah Mawene: Made his Southend United debut off the bench, in victory over high flying Forest Green. Hasn’t featured in the handful of matches since then and is pushing to make his first start for the National League side, who occupy eighth place. Mawene is thought to be impressing the Shrimpers’ coaching staff.

James Pradic: The 21-year-old joined Prescot Cables in early March and, like Stowell, is getting regular match action for a survival fighting side. It’s four draws since Pradic made the move there and he kept a clean sheet in the last game.

Others: Jonny Brindle held his own in his one-month loan with Lancaster City - the versatile defender predominantly operated at left wing-back. Nathan Snowball did well on debut for Bamber Bridge - winning the Man of the Match award - but suffered an injury after that. Theo Carroll was also dealt a blow, to his ankle, after one game at Curzon Ashton - the midfielder is now focused on getting back fit for next season.
