Preston North End manager Ryan Lowe has made 19 signings in total during his time at the Deepdale helm.
Eight of those arrived this summer, with nine recruits brought in over the course of the 2022/23 season. In Lowe’s first transfer window - January 2022 - the Liverpudlian added two players. One of those was Bambo Diaby, who had already been training with the club prior to the boss’ arrival.
We have now had a go at ranking every signing made by Lowe at PNE, with a rating excluded for those players recruited this summer - given the infancy their respective Preston careers are in.

13. 6. Alvaro Fernandez - 8/10
North End’s success in the loan market continued with the addition of the Manchester United man. He was a breath of fresh air from minute one and thoroughly enjoyable to watch. Brought quality to the team and is now on Benfica's books. Photo: CameraSport - Dave Howarth

14. 5. Liam Millar - 8/10
Millar is still learning of course, but North End would badly lack a direct threat without him this season. He has scored three goals, assisted four and is an exciting talent. Has had to slot in at wing-back in plenty of games and always gives it his all there, even if it isn't his favourite position. Will be interesting to see what happens in the summer. | CameraSport - Dave Howarth

15. 4. Freddie Woodman - 8/10
Played all 46 games last season and kept 17 clean sheets. Has been PNE's number one consistently again this campaign, which has been a bit more challenging. Still 19 games left for him to rediscover his very best form. Photo: CameraSport - Dave Howarth
16. 3. Will Keane - 8.5/10
Signed for a miniscule fee this summer, Keane has proven to be a really smart pick up. His overall game is extremely polished and he's scored eight league goals in 19 appearances, with his goals-to-minute ratio the best in the squad. Played a vital role in the early part of the campaign and has been back in the goals of late. | CameraSport - Dave Howarth
