Preston North End team news with Tottenham man in for his debut against Wigan Athletic

Preston North End manager Ryan Lowe has handed out three debuts for his side’s first Championship game of the season against Wigan Athletic.

Freddie Woodman starts in goal, Robbie Brady starts at wing back and Troy Parrott gets the nod as one of the two strikers.

Elsewhere, it is quite a case of as you were for PNE. Brad Potts continues at right wing back and the usual suspects are in midfield – Alan Browne, Daniel Johnson and Ben Whiteman.

Last season’s top scorer Emil Riis also partners Parrott up top.
