Jack Diamond scored the only goal in Ben Hinchliffe’s testimonial.

Here are our player ratings.

Starting XI

Daniel Iversen: Good save from Wootton early on and again from Norwood on the hour, shaky distribution. 6.5

Odel Offiah: Steady on the ball. Did ok in one v ones. 6.5

Lewis Gibson: Could have done better with Diamond’s goal, he was afforded a lot of space. Organised his defence well and him and Iversen seemed to recover from an early scare. 6

Andrew Hughes: Cracking volley in second half, unlucky to see it go wide. Lost Edun on a couple of occasions. 5.5

Pol Valentin: Solid clearance from a Wood effort and charged forwards when there were openings. Still doesn’t quite look 100%. 6

Ali McCann: Gave away the ball cheaply a couple of times, some nice play with Thompson and Devine. 6

Jordan Thompson: Couple of decent efforts from outside the box. Corners not as effective as they have been. 6

Alfie Devine: Looked a bit leggy in first half. Good link-up play with Moran at times in the second. 6

Andrew Moran: Should have gone alone and earlier with a chance on the hour. Moves past defenders with ease. 6.5

Andrija Vukcevic: Decent performance before he was forced off. Let’s hope it’s just a knock. 6

Jusef Erabi: Struggled first half and his effort late in the half caused no problems. 6

Substitutes

Liam Lindsay: Couple of decent blocks from Diamond crosses. 6

Ed Nolan: Looked lively, promising cross hit the bar late on in first half, pacy and eager to create. 6.5

Callum Lang: Pacy, taking defenders on. More to come this season. 6

Max Wilson: Good run out for a promising kid. 6

George Gryba: Had a chance late on, unlucky first touch. Looked sharp. 6
