Here are our player ratings...

Daniel Iversen: Didn’t have a great deal to do in the way of shot-stopping. Distribution was pretty good. 6

Jordan Storey: A committed and assured defensive performance. Couldn’t get across to clear for Bamford’s goal. 7.5

Liam Lindsay: Two excellent first half headers from corners. He defended his box well several times. Will be frustrated with the Bamford goal. 9

Andrija Vukcevic: Harshly penalised for the Blades penalty. Caught out a couple of times but also made some big blocks and driving runs forward. 6.5

Pol Valentin: Got through an hour or so and put in a steady shift. 6.5

Thierry Small: An industrious 60 minutes upon his return to the side. Didn’t quite catch a decent shooting chance at the back post. 6.5

Jordan Thompson: Assisted the opener with a superb corner. Had to tread carefully after his first half booking but dug in and contributed. 7.5

Alfie Devine: A mature, disciplined display alongside Thompson. Kept it simple on the ball and did the ugly stuff off it. Two assists. 8.5

Andrew Moran: Worked his socks off from start to finish. Lively in the first half - created a couple of opportunities. 7.5

Lewis Dobbin: At the heart of PNE’s attacking once again. Could’ve had a hat trick on the day but a constant threat and took his goal well. 8

Daniel Jebbison: Led the line impressively and left everything out there. Teed up Dobbin for two big chances. 8

Brad Potts: Added a bit of freshness down the right. 6

Robbie Brady: An experienced head to call upon. One terrific tackle. 6.5

Lewis Gibson: Came on and immediately made a vital block. 6

Michael Smith: Introduced right at the death. 6
