Preston North End were thumped 4-0 by Middlesbrough on Tuesday night.
Isaiah Jones scored twice in a dominant first half, either side of Rav van den Berg's goal to make it two-nil. Alex Bangura netted the fourth in second half injury time, as PNE headed home empty handed and well beaten.
Here are our post-match scores from the Riverside.
5. Brad Potts - 4
Moved from right wing back to attacking midfield in the second half. A rare off day, it just didn't happen for him at any point. | CameraSport - Andrew Kearns
6. Ben Whiteman - 4
Kept it simple on the ball at times but North End never gained any control in midfield. Him and Ledson couldn't get things going at all. | CameraSport - Andrew Kearns
7. Ryan Ledson - 4
Didn't offer much in midfield. Tried to get stuck in but was off the pace. Made 14 passes over the course of the game. | CameraSport - Andrew Kearns
8. Kian Best - 4
Kept going before eventually being forced off. Switched off and caught out for the opening goal. A difficult night for the youngster. | CameraSport - Dave Howarth
