Here are our player ratings.

Starting XI

Daniel Iversen: Rounded for third goal but that, and the other two, are not his fault. 6

Harry Clarke: Alert to loose balls. Always looking forwards where possible. Decent header went wide. 6.5

Lewis Gibson: Some good clearances, less successful in the air. 6

Liam Lindsay: Some decent clearances and blocks but either side of two completely avoidable errors leading to goal. 4.5

Caleb Wiley: Incredible strike on his home debut. Unlucky not to get one earlier in the first half when a header crashed off the post. 7.5

Jordan Thompson: Solid. Great free kick midway through first half and another decent effort later on. Neat passes. Reckless yellow. 6.5

Léo Leroy: Excellent work rate. Wanted a goal, created a fair bit, never gives up in a 1v1. Some shots a bit wayward. 7

Stanley Mills: Really promising full debut with a lot of PNE’s best football coming down his side. Got caught out for opener. 7

Alfie Devine: Much more like it tonight. More crosses and decent passing. One of many players who played a lot more positive. 7

Delano Burgzorg: Some sloppy passing. Grew into the game. Quiet in front of goal. 6

Jusef Erabi: Couple of chances he should do better with in first half. Good positioning for those efforts and work rate, and better in the second half. 5.5

Substitutes

Andrija Vukcevic: Struggled in the air, good on the ball. 6

Callum Lang: Had a header blocked. 6

Andrew Moran: Steady cameo. Put in a decent cross but no one there to connect. 6

Thierry Small: Not enough time to make an impact. 6
