Preston North End were beaten 0-3 by Arsenal in the Carabao Cup fourth round clash, on Wednesday night at Deepdale.
Here are our player ratings from Deepdale...
5. Kaine Kesler-Hayden - 5.5
No lack of heart but a difficult night up against a player of Martinelli's quality. Went into the book early and the free-kick led to Arsenal's opener. | CameraSport - Alex Dodd
6. Ryan Ledson - 5.5
Plenty of endeavour in there. Just lacked that composure in possession when Arsenal counter-pressed with intensity. | CameraSport - Dave Howarth
7. Stefan Thordarson - 5.5
Up against a midfield stacked with talent, he blew hot and cold on the night. Could've done with him leading from the front, in terms of bravery on the ball. | CameraSport - Dave Howarth
8. Josh Bowler - 5
Showed quick feet and composure on one or two occasions, but was on the fringes of the game given how much possession Arsenal had. | Getty Images
