9. Duane Holmes - 6.5
Was one of the main men in the first few months of the season and performances were very bright. He drifted in and out of the side from Autumn onwards. Nine goal contributions in the league.
10. Liam Millar - 7.5
The loan man was great to watch. Millar scored five and assisted five more. The Canadian was often the obvious spark in Preston's team and he offered entertainment.
11. Robbie Brady - 6
Deserves a lot of credit for his second half to the season, when performances improved. The Irishman started to show his quality and find some consistency. The Blackburn goal was a cracker.
12. Ali McCann - 6.5
A couple of frustrating spells out injured, but still made 31 appearances. And when available and selected, he tended to play well. Was important in that strong start to the season.
