Preston North End announce ticket details for the visit of Manchester United to Deepdale
Preston North End fans will return to Deepdale for the pre-season friendly against Manchester United.
After consultations with the police and safety authorities, PNE say 13,000 home supporters and 3,000 United followers will be allowed for the clash on Saturday, August 31.
Those are initial allocations and will be reviewed when that capacity is reached.
It will be the first time fans have been inside Deepdale for a game since March 7, 2020.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday (July 16), priced £15 adults, £10 concessions (seniors and young adults) and £5 Under-19s.
Where possible, seats will be reserved for 2021/22 season card holders until the end of business on Friday, July 23.
United's visit will be the last friendly for North End ahead of them kicking-off the season against Hull City on August 7.
Frankie McAvoy's men also face Manchester City on Tuesday, July 27, that game being played at City's Academy Stadium.
