Preston North End announce squad numbers with new no.10 and numbers for former Burnley and Newcastle men

There are a couple of changes to the PNE number list, the most notable being the change of number for Daniel Johnson who has been no.11 for the last seven years.

He now wears the no.10 shirt, in place of Josh Harrop who has not been given a number for the season and is currently transfer listed.

Robbie Brady, who joined Preston this summer on a free transfer from Bournemouth, has been given the no.11 shirt.

There is also a change for Bambo Diaby who has dropped down from the no.41 to no.23, formerly of Paul Huntington.

New first choice goalkeeper Freddie Woodman will be no.1 and backup Dai Cornell will be no.25, with Ben Woodburn no.20.

Youngsters Dana Amaral and James Pradic have been given the no.30 and no.38 shirts respectively.
