Preston face Derby County away in second round of Carabao Cup
Preston have been drawn away to Derby in the second round of the Carabao Cup
The visit to the Rams will taken place during the week between the Swansea City and Norwich City Championship league games.
Should Alex Neil's men get the better of Derby, they will then face the winners of the Brighton versus Portsmouth encounter at Deepdale in the third round.
Meanwhile, Morecambe will meet Oldham Athletic in round two of the Carabao Cup.
They then could potentially host Premier League Newcastle United or Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers in the third round.
