Not a lot for the keeper to do in terms of making saves but his kicking was good as PNE used him as an option when trying to break Charltons press
Put on the back foot for Charltons goal, the right-back recovered to put in a decent display and looked good going forward.

The German scored the winner against his former club, powering a header home. Steady at the back, helping reduce Charltons threat.
Didnt quite reach the standards he normally does, his distribution being off-key at times. But played his part in limiting the visitors.
Usual solid defensive show from the 26-year-old who has become more than just a stand-in at left-back. Work to do on his forward play but fine at the back.
Played the deeper role in Pearsons absence and did it well enough. The skipper for the day still not quite reaching the levels we know he is capable of.
A welcome return for DJ who played very well in midfield, bringing movement and a good passing range to PNEs play.
Plenty of running from him, first on the right and then later in the game from the left. Had a couple of chances on the break as the game opened up.
Man-of-the-match show. Excelled in the No.10 role, went looking for the ball and scored a superb equaliser. Got an assist for Bauer's winner.
Showed a good turn of pace a few times during the game and looked so comfortable with the ball at his feet. Good home debut.
Again worked his socks off leading the attack but little dropped for him as far as chances were concerned. A man who needs a goal.
Replaced Maguire in the 64th minute and put in a lively show. Saw a shot saved.
Came on eight minutes from time for Johnson who had cramped-up. Kept things solid.
An 89th minute sub for Harrop as North End wound down the clock.
