Patrick Bauer scored the only goal of the game after 14 minutes to see of Darren Ferguson' s side.
Here's how the players fared on the day...
9. Josh Earl - 7
Another good showing from the young defender who is keeping his shirt. Energetic and forward-thinking, a great outlet.
10. Scott Sinclair - 7
Looked a good threat going forward and had the beating of the Posh backline when dribbling. Should have scored in the first half when played in behind.
11. Sean Maguire - 7
Linked things nicely and worked well in defence dropping back in to nick the ball and keep the shape. Only lacked a goal threat.
12. Emil Riis - 7
Came on for Scott Sinclair and fashioned a couple of chances that he probably should have done better with. Looked confident and wanted to make things happen.
