Here are the PNE player ratings, Brad Potts and Darnell Fisher the pick of the bunch. Agree or disagree?
Alan Browne, Sean Maguire and Ben Davies react to Maguire's disallowed goal against Fulham The PNE keeper saved well from Christies low shot at the end of the first half and routinely to deny Knockaert earlier. Strong performance from the right-back who had a red card overturned in order to play. Snuffed out Cavaleiros effectiveness. In the main handled Mitrovic well, not giving him the room to play. Strong in the air aside from a short spell after half-time. In the first half he built play well from the back, and was comfortable on the ball and looking solid with his defending. A better first half than second half. Fulham began to have more joy down his side of the pitch and his distribution needed to be better. The skipper was trusted with the holding role normally occupied by Ben Pearson. Did that well and got forward to have a couple of shots. As against West Bromwich the midfielder didnt quite get into the Craven Cottage game as he normally does, maybe lacking a bit of sharpness. Several times he got behind the Fulham defence early on but often a quality delivery into the box was missing. Played at the No.10 and looked something like the player who did so well when he arrived 13 months ago. Carried PNE up the pitch well. Had the ball in the net in the first half but the flag went up for offside. Helped link play but faded in the second half. Found the net but at the wrong end. Going forward he dropped deep to help build play but didnt get into scoring positions. Replaced Nugent as PNE went more direct but didnt get much change out of Fulham. A 72nd-minute sub for Maguire. The winger wasnt able to have an influence of the game. Cameo role from the midfielder and like his fellow subs, didnt make an impact. Took the later corner from which Fulham counter-attacked to score.
