James Garner opened the scoring in a first half that the home side had the better of, a spectacular effort from 30 yards that left Iversen just watching.
PNE were a changed side in the second half and deservedly came back into it.
A dummy from Evans released Sinclair and his miscued effort came off Bayliss and into the net.
Liam Lindsay scored the winner, getting onto a header back across goal from Evan to power the ball in with his own head.
