At Deepdale he played 85 times scoring 14 goals and is now back at the Memorial Stadium after successful talks with head coach Joey Barton. His current deal takes him until January where both parties will revisit and decide whether the 33-year-old will extend his stay at the club that he played five minutes for as a teenager before moving to Stamford Bridge.

Speaking to Rovers following the move, Sincalir said: "I'm delighted to back at the place where my career began. I've been training for a couple of weeks and The Quarters is certainly very different to where we trained when I was younger!

"I've always wanted to come back to the club to give back what they've given me at the start of my footballing journey."
