It is Maguire's first start since the 1-0 defeat at Wycombe on March 13.
This is PNE's second visit to St Andrew's this year, having beaten Birmingham City here 1-0 in January.
Coventry have lodged with the Blues for the last two seasons but this is their penultimate game as lodgers with them moving back to the Ricoh Arena for the 2021/22 campaign..
