Emil Riis opened the scoring for the Lilywhites, turning home Tom Barkhuizen’s cross from the right.

The Tigers were level before the break, Keane Lewis-Potter slotting the ball gome after Smallwood’s pass.

Smallwood then put the visitors ahead, his shot from distance being deflected into the bottom corner.

Josh Magennis made it three, turning home Lewis-Potter’s cross from the left as the youngster continued to impress.

Hull made it four just before the end, Cannon on off the bench to turn the ball home from a tight angle after Eaves’ backheel.
