All 20 Premier League clubs from last season have now published their retained lists following the 2023/24 campaign.
Of course, some stand out names like Thiago Silva, Anthony Martial and Eric Dier are leaving the top flight. But, what sometimes goes unnoticed in the lists are the under-21 players set to become free agents. It’s a market Preston North End have dipped into previously, with the likes of Callum Robinson and Ben Pearson.
