PNE derby clash on Sky

Preston North End's game against Wigan Athletic at Deepdale is to be shown live by Sky Sports.

The clash has been moved to Friday, September 23, kick-off 7.45pm, having initially been scheduled for the following day.

It will be the first competitive meeting between the clubs in six years, since they played in the League Cup in September 2010.

Sky have announced 14 live games from the Football League, a period covering August 20 to September 24.

Newcastle United and Aston Villa, relegated from the Premier League in May, both feature three times in that spell.
