The Magpies forward will be part of Andy Preece’s squad for the 2026/27 National League North campaign despite the fact that illness and injury preventing him from seeing a single minute of action last season.

The Bermuda international’s absence was felt significantly with the Magpies finishing in their lowest position in the table since winning promotion more than a decade ago.

Hall scored 12 goals in 39 appearances in the season before last, helping Chorley to fourth spot before they lost in the play-offs.

However, an unspecified medical condition diagnosed in the summer has kept him sidelined since.

More than £10,000 was raised towards Hall's medical bills by GoFundMe from supporters of the football club, and the wider football community.

And the Magpies are eager to support him back to full health which will hopefully see him play a prominent role next season.

Preece told the club’s in-house media: "Kole has had a frustrating season with illness and injuries.

We know if we can keep him healthy he is one of the best strikers in the league.

He offers an all-round threat which is hard to find at any level."

Meanwhile, the club have also moved to retain the services of Jack Moore.

Having joined on a permanent basis upon his departure from Blackpool last summer having enjoyed three loan stints at Victory Park, Moore played a big part in the 2025/26 campaign.

He has made more than 80 appearances for the club and is a dead ball specialist.

“Jack is a player who we feel is only going to get better over time,” said Preece.

“He started with us late on so had no pre-season last year, so will be better prepared this time around.

“He got better as the season went on and we are delighted he's accepted a new contract to remain with us."
