Loan deal for Chorley striker
Chorley forward James Dean has joined Ashton United on loan until the end of the season.
Dean returned to the starting XI for Chorley’s LFA Challenge Trophy clash on Monday night.
The Magpies lifted the trophy for a record 17th time with a penalty shoot-out win over Lancaster City.
But former AFC Fylde player Dean, who has only scored twice this season, has been given the chance to impress at NPL Premier Division side Ashton.
